She was born from a fan theory where players claimed zombies sometimes said "Sam!" In Call of Duty: Black ops Cold War we can actually take a look at the ingredients of the perka colas!! They contain, a massive amount of radiation. Rotten eggs and, Russian trench water? I think it's safe to not drink any of these. Wonder how strike team does it.

In call of duty: Modern Warfare zombies there is a friendly hell hound to assist you! You can feed it chunks of flesh or spawn one in with a dog bone, they're you're friend to the very end! They revive you and kill anything in their path, you can even pet them! How cute
